Solving Real world problems from outside the box

What working with me feels like
Effective managing, coaching and mentoring are about the hardest things anyone can do; so when I say that Emma is an expert in these areas, I don’t say so lightly … Add to this a pragmatism and infectious passion for what she does and you have the complete package … If you get the opportunity to work with Emma – take it.
Emma is an empathetic and passionate coach, she adapts to the dynamism of any situation and loves to enable peoples potential.
She has also taught me the most valuable lesson I have learned in my career so far, “Without the R in agile, you can’t spell Agiler”

[Emma’s] an amazing coach. She makes working fun!
Emma has been working with us on a number of large key client projects with some challenging and demanding stakeholders. She has also coached a number of our team around agile practices, and she has consistently delivered above and beyond our expectations. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. me. Highly recommended!
I started doing coaching with Emma before I was sold on the idea of needing coaching because it was an option to explore to grow. It as been invaluable to me. I have grown so much personally and professionally thanks to Emma’s skills as a teacher, mentor, advisor and coach. She is fully engaged in each discussion we have and is able to switch between teaching and coaching depending on what will help me the most. She challenges me (kindly of course) and asks questions that encourage self reflection and critical thinking. She’s accelerated my growth far beyond what I would have been able to do on my own and I’ve watched her bring that benefit, empathy, care and dedication to my colleagues that she coaches as well.
If Micheal Jordan needed mentoring to be great, then so do I. I am very proud and privileged to [have been a] member of Emma’s Mentorship Program. Emma is hardworking, always going above and beyond in making sure I’m succeeding in the Agile environment. I believe without a doubt she is the ‘MJ’ of the AGILE space here [in] Aoteroa (hope I don’t get sued #23 ).
… One thing that really shines through with Emma is her genuine interest in people – something that can’t be faked. I was always impressed with her ability to come into teams of contrasting personalities and be able to relate to everyone. I definitely hope to work with her again!
Having had Emma as my coach, all I had to say is that she is a great one who has all the tools and tricks up her sleeve. Her ability to communicate with compassion and empathy, as well as her ability to hold space to help you work through any challenges you might have is golden.
Expect your workplace to liven up when she’s there.

… Emma is not only interested in the methodology, but also interested in how people work, and the different strengths and dynamics each individual brings to the table … if you are curious about whether to hire Emma as a Coach or not, I would not hesitate for a moment.
…She’s awesome – she finds that lovely balance between coaching, training, and empowering your team.
Emma was able to assess my already gained skills and extend my knowledge … Her overall knowledge and experience is vast. She is able to cater to all levels of experience and support a mixed team of backgrounds and roles … She is a great sounding board when you want to try something new with your own team. She can assess the practices that you have implemented with your team and suggest new practices or exercises that you might want to try with a great understanding of the team dynamics or the problem you are trying to solve. She is incredibly supportive and understands that people are at the heart of agile. In her own words, “agile takes a village” and I have been very fortunate to be a part of her village.
