Continuity Cover
Are you down a delivery specialist (Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead / Manager) for a while? I can provide interim cover while your team member is away or you find a replacement and make sure your team member is quickly brought up to speed when they need to be.
Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager cover $130 per hour
Facilitation Services
Bespoke Workshops (In-Person or Online)
Some conversations won’t happen with a manager holding the pen. I’m an external facilitator who can hold space for the right conversations to happen, whether that be in a bespoke workshop or a team retrospective.
Half Day Workshops from $2500

PI Planning
Big room planning is expensive so you want it to produce tangible outcomes. I can help make that happen by providing an extra pair of facilitator hands to work with a team, release train or help facilitate the event itself.
