Continuity Cover
Need short-term cover for a delivery role? When a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Agile Coach is away, or you’re between hires, I can step in and keep things moving, making sure whoever picks it up next is set up to succeed.

Facilitation Services
Bespoke Workshops (In-Person or Online)
When you facilitate your own workshop, you can’t fully take part in it. Bringing in an external facilitator frees you to contribute, while I draw out the conversations that really matter, whether in a bespoke workshop or a team retrospective.

PI Planning
Big room planning is expensive so you want it to produce tangible outcomes. I can help make that happen by providing an extra pair of facilitator hands to work with a team, release train or help facilitate the event itself.

Story Mapping
Big project ahead with lots of moving parts, and everyone slightly unsure of the full shape of it? Without a shared, prioritised picture of what you’re working towards, scope creeps and there’s no clear basis for deciding what matters most. A story map connects the work to the outcomes it’s meant to deliver, so you can prioritise with confidence and agree what’s in and what’s out. I’ll facilitate the mapping workshop for you and capture the high-level stories in your tracking tool of choice.
